Fix your pet for less! Low-income Kern County pet owners! Pet Fix can help with spay/neuter costs. Cats start at $20.00 and dogs at $65.00. All spays/neuters include: Rabies shots, microchip with registration, post-surgical pain injection, pain medication at home and E-collars(for dogs).
