National Pet ID Week

This week is National Pet ID Week. Celebrate by ensuring that your animals all have tags and microchips with updated information. Tags should include:

• Pet's name
• Owner's name and address
• Telephone numbers (day and evening)
• Any medical problem requiring medication (may require separate tag)

Call your microchip company and ensure that you information is up to date and ask them to send a new microchip tag if you don't have one. This is important because if you are unavailable by phone, someone could easily contact the microchip company. Be sure that your pet is always wearing identification.

Felix needs a home

CALLING ALL CAT LOVERS: Felix needs a foster home or a forever family fast! His owner had to move into an assisted living facility that does not allow pets. She is heart broken, and so is Felix. Two Mama Cats Dumped

EMERGENCY RESCUE: Two mama cats and their 11 combined kittens were dumped in the park with only a dirty blanket. Thankfully, we were able to rescue them, and they are now safe from predators and starvation. They are absolute love bugs and we are happy to have them with us. Consider pitching n a few bucks to help with their care!

Lost Cat Alert

LOST CAT ALERT: Tiger has been missing since March 8th after he escaped from the house. Last seen around H and 3rd street. Eight year old tabby, declawed, wearing a purple flea collar. Please contact us if you have seen him. We can put you in contact with the owner.

400 Cats Spayed and Neutered in 2014

In 2014, we spayed and neutered nearly 400 cats through our two voucher programs and our trap and release program. This prevented thousands of homeless kittens from being born! We want to make 2015 our biggest year yet. Please consider donating to make this possible.
